Can't cater for everyone's taste can you - great photos and topic. 8)
No two ways about it, this lady didn't like my Rolex and made her feelings quite clear.
An initial look at it
Quickly turned to dislike
And then to hatred
Resulting in forcible rejection
I think she may be a forum member.

Sounds very fishy to me :blackeye:
You can't please them all 8)
Great pictures!
Plenty more fish in the sea mate
Looks like you went to the wrong place if you were 'fishing' for compliments :D
Bloody Nemo! Pretty as a picture, but no taste
Hope she didn't put any wabi on that :D
It's just a matter of time...
If that's what happens when you put the ss sub in, I can't wait to see the frenzied attack on your TT version :D
Nice to see thereŽs still women with great taste then...
A TT Sub would look like a fish out of water if used for divingOriginally Posted by captainhowdy

I think you misread her actions - looks more like she gave it a kiss & tried to nick it
Nice one Ralphy, certainly lightened the mood with all these Rolex hating threads recently.
Great pics. Maybe she prefers the DSSD?
Stunning pictures of a Dweller in it's natural habitat and a well trained fish to boot.... Of course for all we know it could have been taken in the fish tank in your front room.
Cool photo...!
Hater later on:

Well it is a 'Clown' fish :D
What a circus.
Liking or not liking a design or brand both is informative.
Flaunting or abhoring that too.
Wearing a Rolex can thus be very usefull as a preliminary selection. It sifts the goat from the sheep. Wether you go for the goat or the sheep is not the issue.
The lade made very clear where she stands and that is quite a prize in this world of clowning about with hidden agendas :albino:
Definitely bit off more than he could chew... honestly, hardly threatening with no teeth! Sucker.
You should have tried that with the Clownmaster II.
I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
Are you sure it is not an kiss ? Great pictures...
Great pics.
Great pics, but I was wearing my new 'reduction' camouflage wetsuit
Peter
good pics ralphy, are you anywhere near the pirate attack that happened yesterday?

mike

Great story and pictures. Really enjoyed this one  . Thank you Ralphy!

IŽll report back in early May, after returning from the red sea, See if the clown fish in Safaga like my SD.
Completely OT but, my old diving instructor had a special relationship with a clown fish. He would pick up the spike of a eaten sea urchin, place it between his fingers so that it was lying flat in his hand, with the tip sticking out. The clown fish would then take the tip of the spike, turn it completely over, so that the tip was now facing his dive mask, and then swim away. They repeated this a number of times, if anybody else tried it the fish would ignore them. Weird.
Great photo set :D

No it was a long way off, Mike - the buzz here is that they had armed private guards on board and that made a difference. :wink:Originally Posted by seadog1408

(Not needed though as my good looks and charm won the day with the locals....... admittedly, taking some blond totty along might have helped, though she's not talking to me since - I think it was quite a culture shock for the lass  )
They do have teeth and can inflict quite a nip on you, but what was even more impressive is she moved the SD out just by hitting twice, despite it being wedged in. Must say I hadn't expected that, furthermore there was a 60m+ dropoff below and a third hit would've seen me having to push the limits by diving down to retrieve it. Not only do they have teeth, they grunt as well.
Surely the fish is a clown

I know I am late to the thread but brilliant photos!
Strange that she didn't like the watch. As an occasional poker player, I've some across many a shark wearing a Rolex!
Lovely photos. Fish shows good judgment
Even when this size theyŽre hard as nails. This one is about as big as the nail on my little finger.
Show him a Sub ND and heŽll have it!
Right watch. Wrong plaice.
Ba boom tish!
you gave me inspiration
dull tropicals are scardey cats

Great shots of a place my SD will never see. Thanks for posting... :)
Look like he/she trying to kiss it.
I was on a train about a month ago and the woman next to me told me my SD was not real rolex as it did not have the "little bump thing on the glass" !!
