    Introduction

    Hello everbody,

I have been lurking a while now and thought it was time for an introduction.
I'm Marco, located in Holland and a big fan of military watches. After a lot of watches came and left, I finally found a more small but stable collection.

As pictures say more than words, here they come :D

For starters one of my favourites the PRS-10

The CWC W10 automatic on a bund strap

The little watch with the big lume, my Marathon Maraglo

    For special occasions the Bundeswehr

    A playfull Vostok Komandirskie

    Simple but beautyfull Seagull 1963

    The re-issue Poljot Strela

    And finally the Pulsar Mil-Chrono

.... well not quite finally, one more has to arrive next week

    Thanks for the welcome :thumbright:

The Strela is normally I type of watch I would like, however the back was the reason I wanted one. Just love the view on the 3133 movement :D

It's is expected for arrival next week :D :D :D

At first I was not sure, mainly because of the chinese movement. However, after having received the Seagull 1963, I'm definetly convinced. The ST19 winds smoothly (in my opinion even smoother than the 3133) and just as accurate.

    Re: Introduction

i have the seagull prs-5 and its v accurate, if you keep an eye on sc, the 3133 versions do occasionally turn up. i must admit i am also a fan of that movement, having had several poljot chronos in the past, including these, all sadly gone now as i decided to shrink my collection. dedided to post them in a new thread up shortly...

The Bundeswehr is a strange watch. I got it through a German friend. It supposed to be a gift for those who pass the officiers training for the Army in Köln. The dial is typical military/pilot, however the case seems to be a bit pan-like. It feels a bit dressy in my opinion.

At least the Lume is O.K. :D
