We have vented out anger and frustration on the 'Most Annoying Things Thread' so what gives you that 'ahhhhhhh' that satisfied and for-filled feeling (Ejaculation is a given!)
Many things for me but having just been out on the MTB and spent an hour cleaning it and still having the rest of the day to do stuff is quite pleasing.

Having a properly good laugh at a joke with some good friends.
Seeing England score a winning goal.
The perfect curry - really spicy but not toooo hot.
The perfect pint, sat outside in a beautiful beer garden with the sun on your face.
