99 Anonimo's but i've got a unique one - TT Polluce bracelet

Only 99 of these lovely two tone SS/AU Polluces made, supplied on zodiaks, but never seen one on a bracelet.....took me a long time to get the watch and then a long time to get a bracelet. But i had a dream.....

I think they make a nice pair :D

...however at £3.5k for the standard Drass without the SOLID GOLD chapter ring, god only knows what this version will cost :cry: :lol:

Moreso than many watches, the Anonimo bracelet vastly changes the look of the watch. My blue Millemetri went from a big yawn to one of my favorites! First TT Polluce I've seen on a bracelet, looks very good.

I had my Polluce on a strap. I must admit, that I am a big fan of the Anonimo on leather, but that bracelet looks fantastic. Just a whole new look. It ooks like super quality and the design is very sleek. I like how the links lock together. I have always liked that praticular bracelet in spite of being fond of leather watch straps. I miss my Polluce. It was never polished, as I preferred the patina of the bronze. Certainly a watch, that stood out.

Good for you, that you managed to source a bracelet. Way to spruce up the Polluce, as our American brethren might say.

Don't mean to thread-jack, but what's the story with the 20second markings on the chapter ring? What do they signify? It can't be a centre second hand that makes three rotations minute, can it?

Cheers CmdrBond. This is actually steel and gold, no bronze here. The other bronze one i had is now unfortunately with a fellow forum member, i miss it. I wouldn't have polished that one, much better to see the tarnished bronze age IMHO.

I've heard that people have difficulties with the Anonimo bracelet but this fitted straight on no problems at all. However it had already had a small amount of metal removed from the rear of the end pieces (without disrupting the profile) to help it fit the watch the last owner had it on so no doubt that helped me as well :)

It certainly is. Damn hefty. Feels really solid. Love the centre links that are blasted and match the case sides of the TT Polluce whilst the rest of the bracelet is polished and brushed to match the other parts on the Polluces case!
