During the annual clear out, I just stumbled across a bag containing allsorts of my toys from childhood. The bags had been passed on from my folks, and I fully expecting my older brother to have grabbed them - so good to have them in my possession. It's a very hotchpotch collection of 80's Star Wars figures - generally in not bad condition. If you look closely, there is a lookalikey of the ex on the third row, on the left :D
I think I'll wrap them up and put them in a proper box this time... Who knows, they might be worth something in a few more years to come.

I sold my star wars bits on ebay a couple of years ago. My mum and dad moved out of my childhood home and it was nestled in the attic. As all were very well played with I couldn't see much point in hanging on to them. Got a couple of hundred out of it and quite enjoyed a final play with them.
That black stormtrooper bootleg is very very 8)

I took to calling her "Jabba The Hut" in front of my GF, who was not a Star Wars fan. Lasted quite some time, until one day she came home and punched me, because someone had shown her what Jabba looked like.

You should keep hold of them mate, they will only appreciate and if you have the space and arent in need of the cash theyre always to go back to and have a look at :)

I built a case and put them on the wall by the stairs. I'm still not sure how I've managed to get this past the girlfriend :D

The back of the case is flush with the wall and the front is sealed with a piece of acrylic so hopefully they won't need any cleaning.
I probably would have put my old original set of Transformers on a shelf as well if they hadn't been so well played with when I was a kid. It's amazing what you find in the attic when you go and look.
