Looks better for the change IMHO.
If you've seen my other post you'll have seen I bought a nice alligator strap today. Whilst primarily for my Breitling Premier, I thought I would give it a shot on my Datejust. Thought I would share it for those that might be interested.
BTW for info, when the jubilee was off I thought it might be interesting to see if it fits on a Milgauss (seeing as people have put it on a GMTIIC) - it doesn't fit.

Looks better for the change IMHO.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
Looks ok, a bit Rolex Cellini, but perhaps a more matte finish would have worked better. It's nice, but better on the bracelet IMO.
+ 1 I'm afraid, looks so much better on the bracelet.Originally Posted by Chris_in_the_UK
Like most Rolex, the DJ looks better on it's bracelet.
Good choice of strap though.
Dave
I think it goes very well with that strap (and I'm a bracelet kinda guy)
Alun, refreshingly different on the leather. However the jubilee just tips it IMO.... :thumbleft:
Bracelet all day long. :)
Cheers,
Neil.
Bracelet for me - but very good to see it on the strap and get an idea - interesting that that the jubilee fits on the GMT but not the Milgauss.
It's just a matter of time...
That particular dial suits the strap so much better, IMHO.
I think it looks terrific on the strap. Are you going to leave it on, and get another strap for the Breitling?
Looks transformed on the strap
I think it looks great on the strap, a nice change from a bracelet.
Having said that, I'm not a fan of jubilee bracelets anyway
I am - on Seiko divers . Not on the OP's watch though.Originally Posted by owain1
