Cancer Charity run

As regulars on here will know last year I did a charity run for a local Cancer charity called Velindre (as well as a few others) well I forgot that I promised to do it again this year I received my sponsor pack today and the run is on the 29th August :shock: Well it will take me a hell of a lot longer to run it this year as I had forgotton all about it and to say that my training has been rubbish is an understatement :lol:

I know times are hard but if any of you good guys and dolls have some loose change you can afford to part with that would be great 8) I will go to work tomorrow armed with my sponsorship forms and try an angelic look (they will know I am after something :lol: ) I will try and get a page up like last year but if not I am sure I can put a direct link up to Velindres web site or do BT and pay the money in at the end.
