I shouldn't really be wearing this as it hasn't been serviced yet but I couldn't resist.

    Thanks Jonny :)

Yep 42mm, although it feels smaller because of the dial size. I think it's actually about 14mm tall and really quite heavy (not sure exactly how much). I am pretty big with a 7.5" wrist and so it wears just fine for me, although I would think anyone with a small wrist would struggle to find it acceptable.

I really like the "integrated" bracelet look, although the strap options are worth a look too. The only real downside is the well documented risk of it being a ding magnet because it sits so tall. Personally I have not had any issues in the very short time I've had it.

I could bang on all day about how much I love it, but I would strongly suggest you try one on first to be sure.

Thanks for that. Now I will have to go to my local agent and try one on as I have a 6.5 inch wrist . Priorites first though and the Portuguese is calling me ,hopefully by the end of the month. :drunken:

The bloody thing has only left my arm for 3 days since I got it. I think it may be time to cull a few watches.

I bought one as a gift and tbh i'm so impressed with it that the person may get a bag of jelly babies instead while i keep the Speedbird :D it just looks and feels so right.

Today, I've mostly been wearing these:

Doxa morning, SBIII afternoon out, and may as well wear a quartz now I'm home and about to settle down to watch our [s:18e1ncjs]inept and loathsome bunch of serial losers[/s:18e1ncjs] brave lads take on Bulgaria.
