Given that you're in Germany, why not contact Fricker and get it fixed at the manufacturer?
Hi everybody,
just three days after getting my (until then unworn) PRS. I had a major accident: :( My wrist got caught and the case was ripped off the strap. The case fell down one metre onto a tiled floor. The result is: the movement is loose inside the case, the lever holding the balance spring is somehow loose (and thus the watch is not running) and the side has gotten a dink. In addition, one of the strap holders is bent. However, the crystals are still perfect and setting and winding the watch still works.
Now I am wondering whether I should consult a normal watchmaker from around the corner or turn to some kind of specialist. I am situated in Berlin/Germany. I am happy to send the watch to Eddie, if that is the best/safest way.
Thank you! :)

In my opinion Fricker is a casemaker, perhaps able to produce watches using delivered parts like movements, but not equipped to repair a broken movement. However, a short call should make it clear: http://www.w-fricker.de/Originally Posted by Dave E
Let's suppose that I'm right, perhaps a good watchmaker at Berlin may help. As read in various german-spoken watch forums this one enjoys a good reputation:
Michael Bartsch Uhrenmacher
Bundesallee 108

Good luck
Thanks, guys! :)
I have sent Fricker an email. Let's wait and see...
ouch! hope they can fix it!

PM sent. Fricker should be able to help depending on your problem. They fixed the cross threading on the crown on mine along with regulation of the movement and turned it around very swiftly. Wish i'd never sold it now
If fricker cant help i am in germany and i will be happy to look at it for you
