Try and buy 100, and it puts just the number that are left in your basket.

    Finally - just ordered - can't wait :)

Hopefully be the DN Voyager next of that lovely stealthy looking tool watch - all three look simply stunning imo.
It's just a matter of time...

Re: I wonder what's in here?

    Very very pleased.

Just dropped kids off at the airport and came home to the email - couldn't find the watch on my Time Factors page - but eventually after closing my internet a few times and reloading the pages it came up. Out for dinner tonight so its nice to know the order has been placed as I have been waiting a while for the release on this one. I think it is going to be my birthday present - the missus has bought them - one for me and one for her father. Thankfully she really likes the way the watch looks and is getting into the whole watch thing herself now.

This has got to be one of the very best watch launched on the site to date and I am truly excited about mine arriving in the post - might have to wait until my birthday in April before I'm allowed to try mine out - but we will probably be putting her dad's one on the Nato for him so he can enjoy wearing around the farm in Australia. It also helps that they will be able to tell what time it will be over here and not call us too early/late - see so many practicalities that this has got to be a must have watch!
It's just a matter of time...

My understanding was that there were 200 movements.

So does "Because of the difficulty obtaining the ETA2893-2 at a reasonable price, only 100 pieces are available now with the possibility of a further 100 pieces later this year." mean that the DN GMT is a dead duck, for the time being at least?

Given the speed at which these are selling that seems to be the sensible economic choice.

I've ordered one as the perfect low stakes high quality travel watch.

Hmmm I read the same into that too, I hope not - but either GMT is great.

If it would be limited to 100 pieces I would have no problem with it. I like the idea of having a very rare watch ;)

I've been waiting over a week for these to come up on the timefactors site, gone out for the day and bam, I nearly missed it. Luckily I managed to order one on my phone! Chuffed and can't wait, funnily enough I have my SBIII on today for the first time since buying it.

Looks like 50 to start. Here is a snip from the email:

<The first 50 pieces are in stock now with a further 50 pieces due in the next two weeks. It's possible a further 100 pieces will be available later this year.>

I would put money on it that they are all packed and ready to go with just the shipping labels to print off. Even if specific numbers are required for certain members its easy enough to package all thre watches up and mark each box with the watch numbers, that said I dont think they are numbered examples so a easy job really.
    Cheers,

Yes me too. Been checking all day every day all week. Yesterday spent the day travelling from Paris to visit family in UK. Logged on last night and had a mild panic when I thought I'd missed it. Glad I didn't. Its only a watch but I would have been gutted.

Re: I wonder what's in here?

Almost all gone then in less than 24 hours from launch - that's got to be almost as good as having pre-ordering.

I really do feel this watch has deserved to sell out and quickly - the dial layout just looks right!
It's just a matter of time...
