There have been quite a few snaps.
I would have added a double's pic but my camera was flat and the watch has bee taking off me now out away for the upcoming birthday. :( :) :)

I would have thought the place would have been littered with them by now

It's just a matter of time...
You won't see any pictures from me, as it had sold out before I got round to ordering one :(
As soon as the next batch is available, I'll be getting one.

Here's a first pic of mine. Not a very good one, watch looks much better in real.. ;)
I was just staring at your pic on my desktop (for the last ten minutes). It looks like one of those watches that is more than the sum of its parts. Very well balanced and very modern.Originally Posted by neunelfer

Costume jewellery. Ouch!!!
Just waiting for mine to arrive.
Need to resize (significantly!) the bracelet on mine and I'm travelling until the weekend so no pics until Saturday from me. I can testify though that its a lovely watch, quality look and feel with a nicely balanced dial. I've got number 24.
Can you get a pic next to something we know for a bit of perspective?
A few quick and dirty's of mine
I'm checking the time keeping so don't want to stop it.
look good dont they?Originally Posted by raysablade

i have taken the plastic off my bracelet as well though!
should i have left it on?!
What do you mean by set? In synch with the main hands?Originally Posted by learningtofly
I keep mine (on a different watch) with the 24H hand tracking the sun, up at midday and down at midnight. A sort-of, DIY day/night.

Here another quick an dirty shot of the Speedbird III GMT. Hope you guys like it.
And additional one with another GMT I have. Don't they look great together? ;)
Regards, Chris
So jealous - postie's been, and no Speedbird for me yet :(
Delivered today
Looks significantly better in the metal than any of the pictures indicate.
Really quite envious of all you guys in the UK taking delivery of your SBIII GMT's and got me thinking - mine is winging it's way over to Canada and I know one is being re-packaged to go down under, I know one of them has gone to Germany - where else overseas have they/will they turn up :?:

Number 36 just arrived and initial impressions (in the excitement, I've looked at it for two whole minutes prior to posting this) are very good.
A couple of quick pics below:
Does anyone have a pic of the writing on the back, what does it say exactly?
It's like the one on the SBIII, only model-name and movement are different.

Skating away on the thin ice of a new day
I would like to see one on leather, preferably dark brown.

One more Q&D :)
I might have to get one of these :)
I can't bring myself to pull the plastic off a minute.
Next time I'll put it on my dogs "wirst", should be hairy enough.... ;)Originally Posted by maseman

Sure.
A quick and dirty. Worst possible time to take it as the GMT hand is set to PST and therefore hidden under the hour hand
Is someone doing an owners list thread on these gmt's?
SBIII GMT #007 (special request to Mr Platts - thanks again Eddie :) ) arrived safely in Calgary today (and with no import charges - WOOHOO :!: :!: ) but at the moment I am in the middle of moving into my new house and don't really have time to take any photos right now, but I promise that I will when the move is complete. Very impressed with the quality of the bracelet (but have had a SBIII before, so didn't expect anything less  ) and love the size, dial etc etc.........you've all heard it before :)
Mines arrived today. Sterling work by the EdMeister. No41
No pics yet (but you get the idea by now  ) but no. 28 has made it all the way from Sheffield to North Yorkshire. Bracelet has been resized to my sparrow wrists but the watch it still looking damn good :drunken:
Very pleased to have picked one of these up as my original SB3 is the only watch that gave me seller's remorse.
I love the way the sleeves of the hands 'pyramidise' on the central arbor. As I have said earlier, it is a well designed and balanced watch in every way.Originally Posted by thattallchap
