Watches coming down the EDDIE's pike...

    Hi Team,

I have some spare cash and would like to spend it (you know it is a big time lie) :)
Can anybody help and clarify what watches are coming down the pike? :D

    Thanks,
    M

'coming down the pike' is a bit of an odd expression, but i believe the ones people are waiting for are - the dreadnought gmt / the speedbird gmt, the new prs18, the ZEX and maybe the prs30. not sure of the order though in which they are going to appear. also further down the line there is also the czech air force and the 'darklord' ceramic superquartz . thats all i can remember at the mo.

oh and theres also reference to a b-uhr in the forum, not sure where that ones stands though?
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

I for one shudder at the thought of what might be coming out of Eddies Pipe, I mean I hear he eats lots of fiber... oh "pike" never mind

    Thanks, guys.
I do not even want to start the discussion about the time frame - we all know how this ends :)

There is also the potential for a 1st generation PRS-3 re-issue of sorts with some "found" cases.

There's a fairly encouraging comment on the ZEX thread here.

Hey smart pants :) so you stop laughing at my "pike" - it comes from a word "turnpike", and, I am told, the expression is quite common in my neck of the woods :) (CT) BUT I am NO expert ...

Harry: Do you know why so many people think watchmakers are mean?

    Tom: No. Why is that?

Harry: Because they spend all day making faces.

I liked the prototype of the prs 20 with the reverse face; lume on everything except the numbers.
