IWC 3536-03 Scarce Silver dial version - New Arrival

    Hi All,

Here's my latest 'new arrival' - IWC 3536-03.

It's strange that after an extended period of not seeing many 3536's around there are now a couple on SC.

I was originally very tempted by Jussi's 3536-01Titanium version with all the accessories, service etc. all at a very reasonable price - then I saw this one and fell in love !!!

It is the very scarce Silver dial, Stainless Steel version and it's in super condition.

The dial seems to reflect the ambient light - although primarily silver or white, it can also have a touch of blue, cream etc.

42mm white/silver dial, blued second hand, gold-trimmed hands and markers, and that fab 3536-03 combination of luminova markers and tritium hands, all glowing brightly….bracelet clasp and spring loaded uni-directional bezel ring are both snug,

It came with everything - white outer box, black inner box, booklet, warranty card, both strap changing tools, full set of bracelet links and additionally an unused IWC rubber strap with tang buckle.

The watch was serviced by IWC in March 2010 and, over the last couple of days, I reckon the movement is running within 1 or 2 sec./day.

A rare find in perfect condition with very limited production (does anyone know how many ?)

I hope you like it as much as I do.

Congratulations. I had half an eye on that on that auction site too. Alas for me the watch fund is empty. I think the white / silver dialled ones are lovely. I have variously been taken by the Ti, then the SS and now these. One day, a 3536 will make its way to me!!
Enjoy it well - it is a stunner.

    Congrats!
Lovely piece, not as toolish as the black dialed vesion, but certainly a cracker.

    Great catch!
You can see the genesis of the new white dial AT right there.
Nothing like having the original, though.

Another classic - and one I'd be happy to own myself.

This came very close to being my next purchase - Portuguese just got to my wallet first.

    What's next ?

Very nice watch indeed and very rare! I have owned two 3536, one ss and one titanium. Sincerely regret that I sold them...

    Congratulations!
