Just remember it's in the USA and there are import duties, etc. to import.
Anyway try to ask them to declare an under value of the watch.
Pay with PayPal twice : first, the declared value. This Paypal receipt is the paper you will show at customs when watch arrives to destination. You will pay taxes on this value.
Second, the difference between the declared value and the real value. This receipt is for you only.

Skynet-sg, a Singaporean seller on ebay has the black Makos for 70 quid inc delivery. You might get caught for duty though. Orient USA will ship to the UK and do some good offers but I believe their stock is produced in Brazil rather than Japan.
