SKX031K.
Which Seiko is the closest resemblance to the Rolex Sub?
The SKX007 looks similar, but I'm sure I've seen others that look even closer, such as this http://www.citywatches.co.uk/seiko/seik ... 031k2.html
or this http://www.creationwatches.com/products ... rrency=GBP
I really want a nice Auto Seiko, similar looks to the Sub, and must have an Oyster Bracelet.
SKX031K.
I think that's the one I've linked at creation watches. Is that the best place to get one, or does anyone know another seller?

Similar apart from the dial, day-date display, hands, case shape, crown shape and location, bezel... You can get a nice jubilee or oyster style bracelet for them though.Originally Posted by martyn3000
Officially they're no longer in production, so if you want one I'd get one where you can.
Does it have to be a Seiko?
There is a very similar offering from the Citizen 7 range.

OK I know, it's not a Seiko and it's a jubilee not Oyster but it's closer than the Seiko...

No wonder I went off them - despite some very good looking, fair qaulity and VFM watches.
It's just a matter of time...

Seiko SKX031 or SKX033, accept parts of Yobokies or others seller and you have a good homage to Rolex
Check this one out.

I use it when I want a good looking watch with minimal cash risk.
Hit the nail on the head there!
