My condolences to you and your family Eddie, I've been through the same with both parents, and I'm sure you'll take great salvation down the line over the fact that she was pain free at the end, and had a good innings, and the 'ice-cream' scenario will also comfort you somewhat.

Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
Just been to the house with my brothers looking for documents we need. It felt strange but mum made it easy, she left her will, funeral instructions (together with a prepaid funeral bond from the Co-op and instructions for the sandwiches :wink: ) and all bank statements neatly filed. My youngest brother is a musician and newspaper editor so he's been appointed musical director and advertising director for the funeral, my younger brother and I took a vote :D .
