Such à nice piece its not worth such à destiny!!!
Even the AD i Sweden does't understand why IWC stopped the production and the it's current low price

Perhaps it went like the ingenieur 'SL' Jumbo model from the 70's-80's which was a big version of the then SL. Apparently only 1000 were sold, not a popular watch. I love them.

I've always like the current ingenieur, not as much as the 80's one, but thought it was far too big. I have however just discovered that they did a mid-size model at 34mm, the same size as the standard men's Ingenieur of the previous version. Might look out for one.

I hadn't realised it had been killed (discontinued?) - ah well - still got mine, a 3521.

That's a shame, I always fancied an AMG Ti chrono

That's my favourite model, the 3521. I remember seeing yours in your sotc post. If you ever decide to move it on let me know.

Perhaps the movement wasn't as good as it could have been. :|

I thought the one I had was extremley pretty- and a decent size. But..... it sat waaay tooo high on the wrist and it caught a ding if the wind blew the wrong way. This spoiled it for me.Perhaps this is why....
