grrrr just rung Westfield to enquire about the GMT and lo and behold it sold this morning :cry: wonder if someone on here picked it up and prevented me from scratching my JLC itch???

WOS Brighton had the Master Compressor GMT when I rang yesterday afternoon. But it's not 50% off though. Something like 30%.

WOS Brimingham had the Master Compressor Chronograph yesterday afternoon. Something like £4600 down from £6000 something.

If they are of interested to anyone. Give them a ring.

Don't think anyone in the country is offering on a Geographic at all, be it the Master or the Master Compressor. I rang quite a few as I'm looking for one too.

Apart from that, WOS Knightsbridge has the Compressor 'tide of time' and the Compressor Chrono Rossi LE. Some other WOS in the country have the same on offer too. Some of them have some Reverso Squadra and some other Rose gold gents and ladies models. Not my thing so I didn't pay attention to what exact models they are, nor which WOS. So if JLC is of interest to anyone. Worth ringing around. I did that's how I found the Amvox 5. Absolute bargain!

After some interrogation it turns out that I can remember at least one of the watches that I saw at Westfield. I believe it was this:

I assumed it was the one in the original post but looking now it is definitely different. I'm pretty sure that's the one I saw a few hours ago.

Yes correct. I rang them but I didnt like this one so I didn't ask fir the price. But was told it was on massive offer.

Travelled through from Perth to Edinburgh this morning on the back of this thread to see if WOS in Edinburgh had the Master Compressor GMT at 50% off there ............nothing worth noting :cry:

Shop manager also said that he'd recieved a phone call from a chap in Guildford to ask if he had the Breitling Emergency at 50% , to which he said 'yes' ............so on its way to Guildford ! :roll:

Hi there - really sorry all it was me that was lucky enough to get my hands on the GMT from Westfield - well actually my wife and son Louis - bought me it for Fathers Day, not got it yet because they can't send it I have to pick up in person - as they were in the mood for spending i thought i would too so purchased a master compressor diving chrono on bracelet to keep the GMT company as my little boy told me.

Adrian, I would suggest phoning up with the reference number of the model you had in mind. If you find someone helpful they'll be able to check stock nationwide and give you a ring back.

Nope, only the Compressor GMT, Compressor Valentino Rossi, Compressor Diving that I know of. No Master Controls went on sale that I saw.

The Compressor Chrono 2 is only a few months old! =P

I was told today that all fo the 'sale' watches in WOS etc. were ones that had remained unsold for over 12 months minimum and were being reduced to clear any remaining stock of that particular watch range etc. Who knows maybe more that they are just all having the brand taken from those shops doing the 'sale' although that would seem off for Bond Street etc?

PSA, Knightsbridge WoS still had as of yesterday:

3x B&R Geneve Chronographs 2400 to 1200 (previous version of the Vintage series), two black dial one white dial all on alligator
3x Breitling Super Avenger baton dial, I think 2x blue dial 1x silver dial, one was on croc deployant the others bracelet, 4200->2100
1x JLC Squadra black dial chrono on nylon, think it was down to 3,600 or so.
