Very nice are those a limited production.
Hi everybody!
I have had the watch disease on break for a while. Concentrating on other stuff. Like hifi.
But now the watch bug bite itches again.
This is my first new watch for a long time:
It is very nice IMO, the tuna can shape has always appealed to me and I have owned a sbbn007 before. But this one is completely different. Much more solid and feels more like a high quality proffesional watch. The shroud is white ceramic. I understand this is sort of a watch that you either love or hate. Most people seem to hate the tunas, but some of few lucky ones like them and can enjoy high quality watches for a fraction of swiss prices.
Yes, the picture is taken in my shower. It is the deapest this one will go in the coming winter months. Next summer I plan record depths of down to and maybe beyond 11 feet.

Great watch and great taste, Sir! Congrats from another Tuna Fan ;-) I am spending some very good time at the adriatic sea for about a month now and I am very happy to have my vintage golden Tuna with me :-)
Stunner! I absolutely love tuna's, just waiting for the right ones to come up in SC!
:D I do love the Tuna's and with the white shroud it has an extra coolness about it.
nice pic and it seems the white shroud has its fans. pix not mine (PNM)

High quality yes, fraction... these go for what, well over a grand. You can get extremely nice swiss watches for a fraction of that :wink:Originally Posted by BigSwede
I'm a Tuna fan, owned a couple of the bog standard 007's, so hardly surprising when I say I absolutely love that! :)
You've got me thinking now, perhaps time for another Tuna to find a home in the watchbox...
Wow  ...Grand entrance on your comeback  ...
Enjoy it in peak health mate...I've missed my chance to get mine so I'm somewhat envious right now  ...
I`ve got only one thing to say about this watch.............very very 8) 8) 8)
Sort of an U1 White in reverse :)
I'd love to put that on my wrist.
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
I will play :D
Welcome to the world of TUNA
Enjoy your TUNA. They are one of a kind. 7C46 High torque quartz movement is exceptionally sturdy!

They are immense!!! Do you have a full set or "just" those 3?
I have all 3. The shrouds are interchangeable.Originally Posted by minimadgriff
I bought SBBN 021 Blue Tuna primarily for the blue shroud which i took it out and put it on a vintage 7549-7009 Gold Tuna.
The remaining watch i place the white shroud of the SBBN 019 on it. The hands of the SBBN 019 do not have the blue tinge which is on the SBBN 021.
Enjoy!

Just need a Darth or Emporer for your collection then?
No more mechanicals for me. Only Quartz. I have a spare black ceramic shroud on std by. If i want a darth, i just give the shroud a change!Originally Posted by minimadgriff

The SBDX011 is Auto isn't it? The SBBN013 is a Quartz but if you have a black shroud it doesn't really matter :D Epic collection, love golden tuna's!Originally Posted by jamjeow
You are right of course. There are many nice watches from Switzerland for less than a grand. I was a bit provocative for fun. But there is a hint of truth in it as well IMO. I own mostly swiss watches though.Originally Posted by kungfugerbil
