    England v Scotland rugby

I'm all settled, bacon sizzling in the pan, coffee in the pot, all the makings of a cracking match! Anyone else watching?

Hell yes! Tonga v France was a corker. Just hope the chaps keep their head and avoid Scotland's spoiling tactics. Bound to be a cracking game.

Watched all of the France Tonga match, what the he££ happened? I expected a walk over but got one of the best games I've seen. If Tonga had finished each of their plays it would have been a walkover - to them! The fattest scrum-half I've seen but boy could he move and were their pack really 5kg a man heavier?

I hope EvS lives up to its hype, it should but it could also be defensive and dire. Five minutes to go.

I'm also watching, and enjoying a large coffee. Missed the French game as it was too early

I'll be happy to go in level at half time and take it from there.

England need some points on the board before half time and Wilkinson at last has put some on!

There must be something odd with the balls for Wilkinson. How many has he missed in this tournament?

Weren't there also a load of misses in an Argentina game a couple of weeks ago?

If this is all that England have to offer then I can't see any point in progressing further in the tournament.

True to form. Scotland playing hard and spoiling England's game. The boys heads are going down. Second half- COME ON ENGLAND!

Watching the game with my GF, I'm English and she's a very passionate Scot....

Every time Scotland has scored points she's broken out in a chorus of Flower Of Scotland....

I need more opportunities to fight back with Swing Low....

Scotland have to win to go through, and they have to win by 8 points or more, I think

    England v Scotland rugby

Compelling match to watch but the Southern Hemisphere teams won't be losing any sleep.

Scotland just lacked a little bit of class and incisiveness in the backs to convert all that effort and possession to tries and points!

Same here, the Picts put up a good game, but must now head back north over Hadrians Wall to their dark land. :D

Am I alone in struggling to see what Lawes brings to the squad?

Anyway cracking game and a good chance of a Semi final place.

Power, strength, dynamism, good hands, tackles like a demon????

But maybe you are as blinkered as some of the England coaches and would prefer the utter mediocrity of Tindall, Deacon & Wilkinson (on todays form).

After that performance you hope they would go for

    Ashton
    Armitage
    Tuilagi
Hape (only because he's not as bad as Tindall at 12, and better than Banahan)
    Ashton
    Flood
    Youngs

    Corbesiro
    Hartley
    Cole
    Palmer
    Lawes
    Croft
    Moody
    Haskell

Not sure they can play Ashton in 2 positions and where's Foden in that line up ?

As a big supporter of Youngs in his first seasons at Tigers I am sorry to say that he needs dropping. He takes too many steps with the ball and just seemed lost on Sat. He should go back to quick passing from rucks and the odd dart when the defence has been lulled by this......currently he is as predictable as a Top Gear 'Race'.

Err good point in playing Ashton in 2 positions, obviously I meant Foden at full back. Youngs may not be playing to his full potential but he needs the pack to give him clean ball and even without that he is still better than Wigglesworth and SImpson has played a whole 10 mins.
