A really beautiful looking strap.
I picked up a really nice new Toshj strap from Rich last week, Ive been looking for a nice leather for my RLT8 for a while and when I saw this new leather Rich recently got in I knew I had found what I had been looking for, the leather is a 1940-50s vintage American 'Steer' leather that has a really nice subtle mottled texture and is really nice and soft, as usual the quality of Rich's work just gets better, I have quite a few of his straps now from some very early ones to the new ones and you can see how he has refined his work over the years...
This one isnt on the website yet apparently but will be going on but there wasnt that much leather available to him so get in while you can... :)
Cheers..

A really beautiful looking strap.
Rich has added some nice new colours to his site. The Avacado and Metta leathers look very nice,
Awesome strap Jase, congrats

That looks great :)
Now i just have to wait for mine to be delivered ;)
That looks great, note to self, must buy a watch that suits a brown leather strap!
Nice vintage brown.
ish
He does turn some nice stuff out - I have a bunch of his straps now and I'm waiting for an avocado one to be delivered to go on my lagunare...
The shell cordovan looks nice as well but I must resist :D
Richard does some excellent work. I bought a Toshi to go on my Sinn 356, and while I subsequently decided I prefer bracelets there's no denying these straps are quality craftsmanship.

That's really, really nice
Cool 8)
interesting buckle:)
Riches straps seem to get better and better - time I checked out his site again me thinks !Originally Posted by JasonM

Very nice, got any pics from a distance.
I have a black Toshi and temped to get a brown version.
Have a look at Rich's website - he has got most of his straps on various watches on his gallery, that should give you some idea...Originally Posted by smokedog

I have 2 Toshi's now. The second totally transformed my Marina Militare.
I'm on 4 Toshis so far! They're quite addictive. :)
I have two 26mm for my PRS20 (Havana and caramel) and two 22mm for my Stowa MO (fudge and storm grey). Very pleased with them all. The fudge and storm grey are really soft, pliable leathers and are particularly nice.
Great strap
My thanks to you all - I'll look on his website for a suitable strap for my Speedie
Hmm I think a cocoa with natural will be a great fit for my Steinhart nav b chrono.
To the website.......
His stitching is really great for a handmade strap. Fab!
FMF.
Love that natural stitching on that vintage leather. The vintage leather looks like it would be very soft and pliable.
One cocoa with natural stitching about to spring into to existence, assembled by Rich and on its way in the next few days
Nice one...I bet it'll pair nicely with the Steinhart. Looking forward to seeing a pic or two. :)Originally Posted by Madness

Nice strap, but interesting buckle who is matching the bezel on the watch :D
Looks great, toshi makes great. Straps
I will pick-up my first Toshi tomorrow. Can't wait to mount on my Steinhart Aviator. :bounce:Originally Posted by sdb123

I am going to order one for my Omega 300
Nice work. I have a 'Caramel' strap which I fitted to my 6309-7040. I must say it's a beautiful piece of art. However, maybe it's me, but I prefer, bracelets/Natos on my divers but the strap makes a nice change in the winter.
Forgot to mention. I think the secret is to get the right 'thickness' too thick it will wear too heavy for the watch and vice versa. I believe Rich does various grades of thickness. This is more important than colour etc. You would be wise to do due diligence first. The quality is exceptional though.
