Just got back from near Ben Nevis and Lock Lomand , Lock Ness - the water is Glenn Nevis (next to Benn Nevis) - great time. Rains a lot in Scotland - but it makes fantastic Wiskey. Off to Bacelona on Friday :D :D

Cheer up, Martyn was just doing his bit to say how wonderful parts of Scotland are.

Great photo's. My current favourite Rolex, and hopefully my next big watch purchase - I alternate dreaming about this or a IWC Portuguese chrono, and while I know they're not comparable I love them both :(

    Lucky you :)

No sir, I spell small, s.m.a.l.l. I learnt that at school. "Wee" is something I do in to the the urinals at a pub

As for child and stream, do you mean "Bairn" and "Burn"? I'm at a loss otherwise. Granted, my grasp of english, generally, is better than my grasp of scottish :)

:? Collective, old chap, so therefore, grammar is appropriate. I've yet to meet an Englishman who can pronounce Loch, instead I often wonder what canal they speak of when they mention "lock". :)

It's all good, I'm glad you sampled some highland scenery, and equally the highland weather :(

Fair point Ross - my mistake.

Now back to see how English should be written - where is my copy of Robert Burns Poems

I think Scotland still has the death penalty for spelling whisky with an 'e'

Lovely pics, and Shakespeare couldn't spell either
We once drove that way from Greenock to Oban in late December in a 1976 Alfa spider with the top down all the way, "cos we were THAT hungover.
