How does it compare to the Breitling Aerospace?

Well, I guess you can call it an homage to the B1/Aerospace/Air Wolf... so it compares to those on looks. It's also about 300x cheaper and it's quartz. Apart from that, nothing :mrgreen: It's a run of the mill Orient with what I believe to be a Miyota ana-digital module.

It's also a lot cheaper than the first Aerospace homage that led me down this road: the Victorinox XLS MT. Same kind of movement with prices around US$1000 (although you can find them on sale at half the price). In the end, I still prefer the Orient on looks, especially after moving it to a leather strap.

Mrs Bond gave me an Orange Monster for wedding anniversary gift this morning. Ordered from Creation on Monday, arrived in Calgary on the Friday morning. Excellent service. Pictures to follow, but you all know what they look like.

Mariner 1. One owner from new, bought in Dusseldorf Xmas '76, worn until 1994, then sat in a drawer (thankfully sans battery) until just recently and arrived chez moi last Wednesday. No papers unfortunately and just a generic Omega box rather than the megaquartz specific one. However, it has a lovely sharp case and not too much wear on the bracelet. It's the end of a long frustrating search and my thanks go to those members here who've helped. I'm very chuffed with it, a real slice of 70's design yet still looks qute contemporary IMHO. Will get round to taking some decent resolution snaps, these'll have to do in the meantime.
