theres a fetish scene in america where people host swingers parties dressed up in animal suits.

    Christmas tv is sh1te.*

Boxing day evening, and I'm sitting here with my iPod playing through my surround system, drinking a bottle of Ringwood Old Thumper and posting stuff on here.

    Humbug!

*Although a bit later Sky Sports have a programme of why England are the best Test side on the planet at the moment. Two hours of us giving the Colonials (past and present) a good tonking. That's more like it.

Nothing like listening to the Barmy Army taunting the Australians while we carted their third-rate bowlers round the park.

Hey, YOU are the one wearing a tiger romper suit, so I would not say you're in a position to comment.

6 months ago when we put our house up for sale three agents valued it at £425k to £450k so we went for the middle. No offers despite numerous viewings so we have gradually dropped to £375k as the market has weakened. Today we received our first offer by a viewer: "£300k take it or leave it". Decided to leave it thanks. Bloody housing market.

Interestingly I offered the asking price on a house recently as the lady insisted she wouldn't take a penny less, really liked the place and felt it was still a reasonable deal. All sorted I thought but then the estate agent rang me back and said she now wanted 20k more as she felt that was what it was worth. I said good luck to her. Mental.

Most props and biz jets do have them, but are fitted with the cheaper version. Hence they only give out Elementary information, and not the Enhanced version of the larger aircraft.

    Re: The random disclosure thread.

The apartment below mine is owned by a fat, ignorant chav. A second-hand car dealer. I wouldn't buy a box of matches from him. From the first day that the ignorant cnut owned it he's never paid his monthly maintenance fees (I know this because I'm a Director of the management company), and every quarter we (the management company) have to write to his mortgage company and get them to pay (otherwise the Lease reverts to us owners, as we each own a share of the Freehold).

Although the ignorant barsteward graced us with his presence, and that of his screaming offspring, for a few months when he actually lived there, to the delight of all of us he didn't stay long. The apartment is rented out, and we do need to periodically remind the tenants to keep the noise down.

I got home at lunch time to discover that the mortgage company have obviously had enough of him as well and repossessed! I have some sympathy for the tenants, who have to move out by Tuesday, but it's happy days for the rest of us!

A good start to the New Year!

Who'd have thought it? "Chavvy second-hand car dealer wears fake upmarket watch shock!" I could tell that it was a fake, because on one of the few occasions that I spoke to him he showed it to me and I almost cut myself on the bracelet. A quality piece.

We're looking forward to new neighbours, whoever they may be. Some of the other apartments have been bought as investments and are rented out, but apart from this one, everybody else at "my" end of the block are owners, so we're hoping that somebody buys it to live in themselves.

Upmarket 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and uninterrupted 180 degree view of Southampton Water anybody?

    Regards
