Opinion on Paul Picot watch brand?

    Hey, guys!

Paul Picot has some nice looking pieces at great prices.
    But are they worth it?
Haven't found much about them on the web.

    Thanks in advance

    Max

I don't think you are going to get many here with that kind of watch. Here live cowards. When they have that kind of money to spend, they buy a Rolex. :blackeye:

Not heard of them before - a quick Google reveals page after page of replica watch sites?

Quite interesting, been around a while. They go through phases of change which result in lots at good discounts. Buy carefully and make sure you want it. Not many others will.

If you can find a nice piece for the right price, go for it.
IMHO they have some very tasty models, I've owned a Plongeur once, and built quality and attention to detail is really good.
They are using top quality ETA movements in most watches.

I have to somehow excuse my stupidity.

The Technograph. A great design for the 7750.

Huge dial + small hands due to dial design? That is a no-no.

It's a pretty random and varied collection, but I did see a comically good value 'ultra thin' style dress watch with a Lemania 8810 inside for 1k second hand unworn... was tempted to snap it up for a project perhaps. Sadly I have no personal experience with their pieces, but most look to be ETA powered and reasonably finished. Don't think I'd pay anything resembling retail, though.

I had a Plongeur C Type once. Very nice watch but the yellow strap bugged me and flipped it
