I don’t know about you gents, but I’ve had my fill of tool watches and divers and military pieces on NATOs. I’d really like a dress watch for a change. Something a man of a certain age can wear to the office day after day. Smallish, slim, with 18mm lugs and a thin leather strap. Sure, there are lots like that around, but it would be good if it came from the Timefactors stable.
How about it, boss? :D

Eddie did produce the Richmond, but I think it was a slow seller and he hasn't produced a dress watch since. I wish I could get hold of a Richmond, it was really overlooked at the time, fantastic value.
.
Perhaps something under the Sewills brand ..

I'd be highly interested.

Dress watch? rose gold plated smiths or speed bird? Perhaps a model like zeno's classic? An automatic smiths 36mm saphire w10 on retro bamboo bracelet. I thought the bronze panny shape thing was still in pipe though. I think the chrono's pretty dressy, or anything on a pilot bracelet.
Something late 50's, maybe an American made classic like this Elgin 27j Automatic I'm sporting today.... sorry about the marginal iphone photos. These photos really don't do this watch justice...
My recent purchase was a Seiko SARB015, still not arrived yet.
This has been my idea of a dress watch not over sized and minimalist in the dial.
Might turn out to be an all rounder, wear it anywhere, kinda watch.
Stainless bracelet
The Kemmner looks great
Use the case from the radio room with a normal dial and a really nice leather strap, job done. :D
I considered doing that - how easy would it be (to source a suitable plain dial)?Originally Posted by dutchgray

Call me crazy, but I think a Smiths Deluxe would be a nice addition.
Myron
35-38mm, simple design, 18mm lugs, 7mm thickness...based on Peseux 7001...yes please!
Yes and ultra thin dress Smiths would be a great edition! Dauphine hands please, sub second would be nice too! Black sunburst dial.... ummm :wink:Originally Posted by EliStone
