It was produced at the end of 1973.
There were three versions available, the only difference being the bezel - this one is the "pilot" version.

BUT, I have to comment on the text for the E dial.
a) Time difference Paris to NY is 6 hours, unless some daylight saving time change is in force in only one of the cities at the specific time. Or?
b) The second time-zone setting and readout instructions seems wrong? What if it was 11 o'clock? For sure you set 12 on the ring to 5 on the dial?
