I like the look of that , It looks really well built tbh...
Thats a long drive for a watch , Saying that i did 140 miles round trip
to fetch one on sunday so...
 looks like a chunky boy.
I would be interested to read how it wears when you get it.
I like it!!!
That thing is ugly as sin!
.....and I want one! :drunken:
Congrats. Good catch. Certainly worth the drive
.:salute:
Congratulations :!:
Itīs ancestral family member had a super touger still hard rubber encasing:
They were all a very hard sell when new and can occasionally still be found cheap but more often are silly priced.
Calculating the round trip I assume :wink:Originally Posted by andre1
That looks very cool and the name suits it!
When you get it, charge it up under direct sunlight for a few days and see how it holds a charge. Given it's age, you may have to have the capacitor changed.
Here are some other promasters :
Wow!, some pieces there I never knew existed!
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
Cracking find, and a rare one indeed! Congrats! Well worth the drive too! :D
The seller had the capacitor replaced last januari so no problems there :DOriginally Posted by lenny

Good find!! :thumbright:
Looks good, can I ask how big your wrist is? The watch looked huge in the original photo, but does not look as bad on your wrist. But congratulations on your purchase.
Serious tough looking piece, what's the diameter and height of this one?

One thing for sure: You can hammer a nail with that thing no problem
MMMmmmmmmmmm... Promaster love!
Personally, I'd much prefer a Robert Swan over an Autozilla. It's so much rarer. But, if you're not feeling it, then it's onwards and upwards!

To my eyes the dial looks tiny/too small in the casing.
Here's a quick iphone pic of both for you to compare:Originally Posted by andre1
The Robert Swan is much easier to wear everyday....
This makes it even harder  :shock:Originally Posted by lenny
Very nice and a hard one to find. I'd certainly keep that instead of getting an Autozilla.
Different wrist, but just to note that despite measuring about 47mm across and 14mm deep, this watch fits even my smallish (6.5") wrist very well, probably because the underside is curved and the bracelet is freely hinged:Originally Posted by shoppy
I agree , it wears very nice.Originally Posted by SteveG
But i,m going to trade it For a Zilla. Whenever one comes along 8)
