    Help needed on Omega Marine Chronometer

    Hello,

    I own an Omega Marine Chronometer Megaquartz 2400 from
    1974 in NOS condition,
    I just had it serviced by official Omega repair center.
    I need to sale this watch,could you tell me how much I should ask for this rare watch?

    My original thinking was, with box and papers £1200 ($2270). So I did some googling and came up with this:

    I wasn't that far out.

    (I actually saw a NOS one of these in a London dealers shop about 2 years ago for £1K ... if I am not mistaken I mentioned it on the forum)

    By the way, top watch. If I were you I'd put it up for £1500 or trade it for something you can easily get £1500 for. I just hope Bry comes up with something better. Keep it.

    Put it for sale on TimeZone-US and see what the market offers. But do not reveal that it is in the West Indies: watch sales from tropical and sub-tropical countries are often difficult.

    Better yet, send it to me, and I'll try and sell it for you from the UK.

    It may take some time though, and I'd have to wear it for a few months to make sure it's accurate......... :D
