Yes - very sad news indeed.

I still have great memories of seeing the Feelgood in the Students' Union on my 21st.

    Absolutely brilliant live band.

I saw him when he was touring in Ian Dury And The Blockheads, an eternity ago.

Great show, possibly the best encore I've seen with them all jamming and Chaz Jankel slinging the portable keyboard on a strap and getting into the fray.

Wilco surfed into the audience and had his trousers ripped off him.

Pretty sure he wasn't with Dr Feelgood the time I saw them though.

And the last time I saw him - acting in Game Of Thrones!!!!!

Oh no, how bloody awful. It's a very sad day today for me.

Loved Wilko and his manic stage presence and no holds barred r'n'b guitar from the first moment I saw him in the Feelgoods.

That really is a shocking blow after Lee's early death.

Here's Dr Feelgood in their best way possible..............live.

    Magnificent.

    Cheers,
    Neil.

Really sad news . He hasn't had the wider public acclaim that some of his contemporaries have enjoyed. He is, however, a one off and seems to have lived life on his terms.

My musical memories and experiences are certainly richer because of him.

How can this not bring a smile to your face? Lee @ 1:06, 'come on Wilky baby'

Sad, Wilko is an absolute legend. There was a great documentary on the beeb last year about Dr Feelgood. I remember buying the single "back in the night" god knows when ago, was hooked after that, must track the recent boxset down.

Sad to hear this. Dr FeelGood were one of my all time favourite bands. Mainly because of Wilko.
