Any idea, what leather or rubber strap I could use here? :) Any experience?
I would suggest you getting in touch with forum member Stefan Molle as he had to have his strap custom made for his SBGE001. The problem is that most aftermarket straps will hardly fit the watch due to the 21mm lugs, but they will also reveal a very ugly gap as these straps do not curve fit to the case all the way.

I just got one of these yesterday. Such a stunning watch!
Really good-looking watch. I do like that. It's encouraging that so many Grand Seikos are appearing on TZ. I'll stick my new SBGX 117 on within the next day or so.
One day they might even get decent representation in the UK, in dealers shops alongside stuff like Rolex. At the moment they are almost a 'stealth' buy. Indeed, they don't even bother to bring the quartz diver models into the UK at all. So grey importing becomes inevitable. Indeed, it's not really 'grey' in such a case.
Undoubtedly a fine piece. A little large for my tastes but wear it proudly.
Cracking watch. I have the limited edition SBGE029 Blue dial version which I love.
