Great looking and functional watch, you can't go far wrong with IWC.
I've now had a chance to take some of my own pictures:
Most impressed by the watch so far.
It first appeared in SIHH 2012

which is a good review - but hope to write my own one sometime..

Very nice, and quite rare I expect.
Lovely looking piece,
How does the internal bezel work?
Forgive stupidity on my part (it really is all I'm genuinely good at)
but is the 24 hour ring inside the world cities driven?
i.e. does it rotate within the watch once every 24hrs?
Nice looking piece! The only thing I'm not sold on is the open datewheel, but that certainly wouldn't stop me from buying it at some point. Worldtimers are tricky to pull off without looking totally cluttered, IWC has done well here.
regards the 24hr ring - which is 1/2 white , 1/2 black - that ring rotates counter clockwise once every 24hrs
as regards the date window - i've noticed it has a bonus that when the actual date is covered by the minute hand you can tell what the date is from the 2 outer digits..
