    Missed this... New Zenith Rainbow

There's a new Rainbow in the form of the stratos. Works well IMO although they do a black version too which I don't like...

I had the original Rainbow Flyback and loved it, really like this new 45mm version although not so sure I'm so keen on the Chrono pushers, does it have a see through back?

Sorry, but I think these are horrible. I thought Zenith had moved away from these clown-like designs.

It looks like a 20 quid Sekonda.

+1 - looked long and hard at the original, never bought one, this looks very nice indeed.

Nice, but don't like the hour n minute hands. Not as nice as my original though and definitely too big for me.

I saw one in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago and prefer the original (although I am biased as I own the original! :-) )

Pushers and the PCL put me off (Although I'd use a different strap of some sort anyway so perhaps not important).

Oddly, having pretty much ignored Zenith since getting into watches 6 years ago - I've spent most of today drooling over the El Primero 1969 Chrono ... (even to the extent of adding up what some of my existing collection might be worth).

I like it. The stratos bracelet is a POS and would look much nicer on a good strap.

Feel kind of sad for those stuck in a time warp and all the size business. I can wear 39-48mm with comfort and pleasure.

Saw these at Heathrow a few weeks back.
Like the looks but not the size. Or the price - north of £5k RRP.
The thing that appeals (to me) about the original is the 40mm case, making it much more wearable IMHO. Here's mine on 7.25" wrist

Can't wait for LVMH to return it !!!

A great example of the 'clown effect'.

I owned an original and I do like everything about this new model, even the 45mm case.

    El Primero: Stratos Flyback Rainbow

I guess from the name that it does.

Horrible looking watch though, very cheap and nasty in appearance.
