The bezel of my Broadarrow PRS-3 is looking some what tired and if possible I would like to get hold of a replacement.
Over the last few months I've tried contacting Zeno a couple of times on their main email address 'info@zeno-watch.ch' but without any response (admittedly in English and not Swiss)
Has anyone had better luck or can point me in the right direction?

Correct, Sandra has indeed responded and apologised for the delay.
Parts are still available and hopefully I should eventually end up with a revamped PRS-3!
Zeno came through in style I've got a complete new case, bezel, case back and crown.
Once they replied their customer service was excellent.
