I like these Oris watches and their size is okay too. The dark hirsh is quite masculine. I wouldn't be brave enough for the red or green but for the ladies I think it works well.
I bought my wife an Oris recently from SC.
It came on a new, very good quality Hirsch dark brown strap, but she thought it needed brightening up.
I splashed out on three coloured straps.

I like the red one.
Very nice. I think the green one looks sensational.
Lovely touch, i especially like the green one, a great way to transform a watch.
3 great straps for a lady :)
Red and tan are a big improvement over the darker one. But the green is brilliant! Completely transforms it.
In the order of the photos:
- Yes
- No
- Yes, very much so
- No
And to the OP's point, yes a strap can certainly transform a watch. Once one is satisfied with one's watches, then strap collecting takes over!
that looks spectacular in green!
Thumbs up for the red :-) it matches the date hand perfectly
Completely changes the watch, good call
They are all really nice, but, the GREEN is the one for me & suits the watch spectacularly. It now has some 'serious' wrist presence.
Tan and green look awesome for ladies.
And the watch itself is very nice.

The green strap looks great!
The green really picks up the lume on the hands and brightens up the watch (for a lady).
Also like the tan.
I like the dark brown the most but it is a little on the masculine side for a lady to wear and the coloured straps brighten it up no end.
Green all the way!!! Looks great!
Give it time, the good lady may develop the passion, and will want lots more straps and matching clothes colours. What have you done!
I think they all look fabulous, for a female without question, and the only one I'd have a problem with for myself would be the red one. Are they all the same strap but in different colours? Also, can you provide a link to the precise models purchased.
The only downside of this is that you'll be the one that has to change the straps over. The Oris is nice as well - their best watch.
What a lovely watch . . . Different straps are great too. I like swapping mine as gives the watch a new look.
I will be waiting for the thread "I have worn out my Bergeon Spring bar remover"
Or better still ............... "I had to buy my wife FOUR Oris watches! "
I thought I'd try a beige one. I haven't worn it for longer than a few minutes but their good for the price.
I like the green. A very nice ladies watch. Might even look one up for my wife
A good illustration of the effect a different strap can have.
Crikey, you can change straps quickly; I recon about 2 mins per change - drilled lugs I guess !?
Funnily enough, I had a similar thought for the Oris my wife occasionally wears. I started this thread:

And ended up buying deep blue and lime green straps. She has a handbag which matches the lime green:
There's something special about green straps.
I played around with PS some years ago and came up with some combos for my PAM
Here's a nice Orient Retrograde I was lucky enough to get for my birthday. On a handmade leather, then on a bracelet I had lying around. Big difference!! I love both!!
Like the green on the Oris and brown on the Orient
Great choices by the missus Dave - really transforms the 'little gem' with some striking combinations!
Very nice and amazing what a difference it makes
