The prison cell scene in "My Cousin Vinny" - where Joe Pesci asks one hapless youth if he wants to "go first"
I actually cried laughing.
Literally, rather than just metaphorically.
Leon - where Oldman screams get everyone
My Fair Lady - "it was the gin what done her in"
A matter of life and death - any scene with Kim a Hunter and David Niven in it

Godfather - the whole film really but standout scenes - Michael coming out of the toilet with the gun in his hand.
The last 10 minutes- Michael having the heads of the other families whacked.
Godfather 2 - Michael to Fredo, "I know it was you Fredo, you broke my heart.
One Flew over the Cooko's Nest - The final scene - McMurphy's death and Chief Bromden's escape.
The Italian Job - The opening scene with the Miura driving through the Alps.
Pulp Fiction - Captain Koons!
Trading Places - the scene in the pawnbrokers; the scene on the trading floor when the Dukes have lost their millions.
Coming to America - Any scene really, but when the prince hands a huge wad of cash to two down and outs and the Dukes are back in business.
Dr No. - You've had your six.
Get Carter - Michael Caine escorting one of the heavies out of the house stark naked but armed with a shotgun.
It's all so awesome and quoteable I literally can't pick a scene out for particular praise. I am borderline obsessed with this film. It makes me happy. Every time I watch it I find something new - there is so much going on, even in the periphory.
If you haven't got hold of the previous MGM dvd or the latest blu ray, make sure you pick up a copy. There is a good hour of extra footage on there which were takes that didn't make it into the final edit but are equally as good as the footage in the main feature. Add to this the in character audio commentary and you have the best dvd/blu ray release of the best film ever.
Michael Caine in Alfie, the abortion scene.
Any part of that films great, here's the end:

Then there's Rita, Sue and Bob too. The whole film is fantastic.
The Wicker Man, Britt Ekland...
Roger Daltrey in McVicar, the breakfast scene.
Strictly Ballroom, when the guy goes on the dancefloor sliding on his knees:

Thought I'd better put a video of that in to show what I mean!

The Thing (1982) - Chest De-fibrillation scene
Jane Fonda - Barbarella - Excessive machine - classic!
Cropduster at the crossroads - North by North West
Swimming at the billabong - Crocodile Dundee
Glider scene and chess scene from the original Thomas Crown Affair
First 5 minutes or so from Le Mans without any dialogue.
Das Boot, Captain Thomsen.

"I'm walkin' here"...
I'm the Daddy now! Next time I'll fa@@in' kill ya!
Any scene from Withnail & I, but particularly this one:

Yeah, Withnail is brilliant. Very sad film but funny as hell with it. I like the music when Marwood goes to look for food in the morning. Withnail is fuill of great scenes and quotes.
The scene from How To Get Ahead In Advertising, where he joins the motorway in his Range Rover and scythes straight across all the traffic to the fast lane.
Deliciously obnoxious. Can't find it on YouTube unfortunately.
So many to choose from and a lot of great one's already mentioned.
Not necessarily the most memorable but as a piece of technical film-making genius I think that the 8 minute single-take opening sequence from Altman's "The Player" is worth a mention.
Shawshank redemption: Andy breaking out of the prison and the aftermath.
IMHO, undoubtedly this...
Or pretty much any other bit of the movie.
yep.... that is superb....
this is cool.... IMHO...

The Running Man, when Killian asks the old dear who will make the next kill.
The old dear replies: "The next kill will be made by Ben Richards...... He's one mean mother-fker!"

final choice needs explaining. Equilibrium was the most ridiculous film ever, but somehow it had Sean Bean, Christian Bale and Robert the Bruce from braveheart doing Kung Fu in it. The Shootouts were just spectacular though.
Ip Man - the ten man fight scene.
Serious stuff....
American Psycho - the business card scene and also the Huey Lewis and the News scene
Reservoir dogs - the breakfast table /'lets go to work' scene before that soundtrack kicks in
Fun stuff...
Shrek - at start when reading the fairytale then you realise where he is. Love the tons of hidden humour in the Shrek films that must go way over kids heads.
Crocodile Dundee - when introduced to the old dame at the party, not long after meeting the transvestite in the bar. I remember bursting out laughing at the cinema a fraction before everyone else as I realised what was coming.
Naked Gun - the baseball scene
Perhaps I missed it, but I would have hoped that Jack Nicholson's courtroom speech in "A Few Good Men" would have warranted a mention.
Just watched Kingsman and the church scene was fantastic
In no particular order...
z
'Come meet my l'ill fren '
Cheers..
Jase
Why? The ending is one of the best endings to a film and the perfect ending to Heat.

Michael Mann is a cinematic genius...and I include Miami Vice in that :o)
Dae-su begging and cutting his tongue off in Oldboy. Could pick lots of scenes from that film. Absolute masterpiece.
Opening scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Pram falling down the stairs in The Untouchables.
Mrs Doubtfire restaurant scene.
Ferrari driving in Scent of a Woman.
Face first into pile of coke in Scarface.
Chaplins speech in The Great Dictator.
Donnie Yens fight for rice in Ip Man.
Joe Pesci funny like a clown in Goodfellas.
I'll now kick myself for all the other great scenes I've missed.
People actually clapped in the cinema at this scene back in the day.

The Matrix, when Neo realises he IS the one
The final scene from The long Good Friday.
abbott and Costello - who's on first.

Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.

I'm not saying this is the best scene but one that sticks in my mind for whatever reason, miggs flicks his jizz at agent starling in silence of the lambs
The OD insulin injection in Pulp Fiction.
