What are peoples thoughts of brown straps, light / dark with blue face watches?

I'm thinking of getting a light brown strap for my Blue Navi but am worried it just won't look good. I've seen brown with black face Navi look superb.

I'm not so sure about light brown, but I think dark brown and blue can work. For example:

I think that my only current blue is this Seiko Sawtooth SHC057P1. I love the blue and wavy dial on this one.
