Enemy with Jake Gyllenhal - trying way,way too hard to be clever. Even reading up on the interpretation, I'm not really any the wiser. I normally like this sort of thing, but it was pretentious rubbish.

god that was awful, I didn't realise it was the god squad who produced this at first, turned off after 25 mins.

that reminds me, I need to get a mate back for recommending 'The Anomaly' to me, pure drivel start to finish.

    Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy

Bought it after listening to the Wittertainment podcasts where Kermode raved about it.

Had to switch it off after an hour as it was so dull.

to be fair Ach5, I didn't like it first time round, there was too much distraction in the house, I watched it again late one evening and really enjoyed it, might be worth giving it another chance, just for Gary Oldham.

For me Kermode rarely gets it right.

    A Most Wanted Man.

2 hours of waiting for the film to get going, then the end-credits appeared... Utter shite, think Tinker Tailor but at ½-speed, and no plot.

I had a chuckle at the dance scene in the Inbetweeners Movie (the first one), but it wasn't great overall.

The most "TOTALLY RUBBISH" film I've watched, though, was "An Officer and a Gentleman".

30 years on I still feel robbed of the money I paid to see it

Transformers -Age of Product Placement...or whatever the last one was called.

Even my 16 year old son asked "when will this film end?"

An hour too long and by the end just a constant barrage of explosions, improbable new Transformers appearing out of nowhere and a plot made up on the day of filming. Drivel.

In terms of current films I've got to say Exodus. Severely over engineered. Too Hollywood every set looked just that - a fake set.

Having said that the special effects were very impressive!
