This building at the rear is a gift of Stalin for Warsaw. To this day, has the power of attraction ... ;)

Some lovely watches on display and nice to see so many vintage pieces.

Thanks - it's the quirkiness & rarity that appealed. From the info I can find (on another forum)...
The Sport 50's is part of Revue Thommen's "manufacture" line and uses the in-house movement mentioned above (caliber GT55).The GT 55 caliber is a strange animal when compared to modern automatics. It beats at a leisurely 19800 bph, has 27 jewels, small seconds hand and no date. The movement winds but does not hack. I believe it is descended from M.S.R. Holdings T54 line of calibers (1968, I believe) when they owned Revue Thommen (and Vulcain among a few other watch firms).
It's a small, nicely proportioned case (35 mm exc. crown) and hesalite crystal.

Switched for the evening to my aquaspeed which I modded this week to a brushed finish. Not a fan of "too shiny" and having some scotchbrite in my hand at work gave me an idea...
Might actually wear it more often now!
Pelagos on one of Eddie's NATO's...a perfect match !
