Yes Nono is selling one, I pm'd him for you and pointed him in this direction
Not at all. I haven't measured it, but I guess it's 42m? It's also got a fantastic lume as well on the outer hour markers and hands and I have to say, that I'm really very pleased with this watch - everything hits the markers and the chrono action is great fun.
Size wise, I'm comfortable wearing a PO, and this is smaller, not as high and much lighter. Here's a couple of (bad) wrist shots (1st taken with flash) -
^^^Thanks^^^
I have Rolex, Glashutte Original and Breitling but love my Seikos! This 6309-7040 with 6105 mod is one of my favourites (sorry about the pic quality)

Some great Seikos on here. I have a few Seikos and yes they're great value and quality. My favourite is my Spork which I've had for the longest time of all of them. I will try and find and post a few photos up, it's been a great watch and the bracelet is pretty good as well ( some can be a little rattley)
Very nice James..
40-something years on, still ticking away nicely. My father's from new, and mine for almost 20 years now.
Love the Grey dial that moves between light silver through gunmetal to dark charcoal (and all at the same time in different areas of the dial). Just polished the Acrylic lens yesterday with a bit of whitening toothpaste and it has come up wonderfully:
(can anyone remind me how to date the watch from the serial number?)

The SNR015 is next on my list. Not easy to find in the UK. Hopefully one of the Marine Master Spring Drives will be mine later in the year also.
My skx007 has been on the bench and now has new hands and a black day.
I used the hands and day disk from my snzh55 and now the day is not aligned correctly with the date.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?
Or is it just that the day disk of the snzh55 which has a 7s36 movement is not compatible with the 7s26 movement on the skx007?
yea really like that!
In a sale for £88 http://www.creationwatches.com/produ...FWnMtAodij0ACA

This Seiko LM is fast becoming one of favourite watches to wear, it is only 34mm so a change from the bigger watches I wear. I have had it a while now and it keeps great time, and is a classic shape. I found it in a cash converters listed as just a old seiko, so it was very cheap. Best bit the quick set on the day date works perfectly, which is hard to find on these LM models as it was a bit that broke.

Better time keeping than my Spring Drive!!
I've bought and sold loads of watches over the years but the one I miss most is a Tuna -sbbn0015 I think - and I keep seeing pics in this thread. And seeing as my U1 is a daily wearer I don't really need one .......
Creations RRP of £199 is interesting, as I paid just under £100 in Thai Baht equivalent, with a 10% discount, which I thought a reasonable offer considering the price of the watch. I wouldn't have been prepared to pay £199 for it. I have to say though, that it's a lovely watch and doesn't wear as big as 44m, which is maybe why I guessed in my earlier post that it was only 42m!
That really is a beauty.
Love the Siverwave with that gorgeous blue dial.
