Bough this after a previous thread on TZ, brilliant stuff!
Downloaded their 'The Race for Space' album after hearing PSB on Dermot O'Leary's show yesterday. I guess it might be a bit 'marmite' but I think its brilliantly evocative of the 'space race'.

Catch them live if you can, they put on a cracking show, both visually and aurally.
Cheers

I'm seeing them Live for the 4th time in May. Good tunes and nice blokes
Welcome to the party:

(PS There is a dedicated sub-forum for matters musical).
I really like this album.
I'm a sucker for a good concept album
Their (sellout) gig last month at the Roundhouse was excellent.
Aside from playing a number of festivals over the summer, PSB are also taking their current tour back around the UK in November:

I'm going to be seeing them again, probably in Norwich. :D
Great tunes, I'd never heard of them until a recent thread on here that started off about Leftfield. They (PSB) remind me of Lemon Jelly, haven't put one of their albums on for yonks!
I like them too, and love almost of all the things they sample, 'the fleet's all lit up', especially, and also the Night Mail - although the original music is, of course, in a rather different class.
For those who like this kind of stuff may I suggest Grasscut - a duo from Brighton who make some rather beautiful music.
