I've been lusting after a 36/39mm Explorer 1 for an everyday wearer at work - something that wouldn't get too much attention unlike my SD. However, have always been a fan of the Omega AT and having read the recent thread am now wavering as to which one to aim for.
This is what I'm after at moment too.... I really ummed and aaahhd over whether to try get a pre owned gen 1 with black dial rather than the faded military gen 2 with correct depth number ...That's an Ocean Vintage Red.

Just to add to the potential confusion, there's also an 'Ocean One Vintage' (think of some new names, Steinhart).
I saw posts on WUS though and posters had tried to get early dial but steinhart said none were left ....
I'm still torn between the red text ocean 1 date and the ovm actually ... I think the ocean 1 date is too similar to my ultimate lust seadweller though which I will get and is attainable......whereas a Rolex milsub is so expensive now and rare I won't ever be getting one...
Btw I love the vintage ... If only it didn't have vintage on the dial...

Nothing really. I'd have my old BLNR back and I've got a couple of projects on the go, (one of which should be finished in the near future hopefully). Other than that, I'm frightfully happy with what I've got.
I desperately need a red Sub.

My tastes these days are rather simple: seiko 6309-7040/9 (or it's rarer 6306-7000/1 cousin).
Pelagos is the best watch I've ever purchased. I use it quite regularly and the expandable bracelet-strap is just fun to play with hah.
