    Pictures of watches

Please guys, when posting up your pictures, can we have just the time piece in question and not the wrists.
I always think watches are like underpants.
You want to see what they look like before buying, but not up the crack of some blokes hairy arse.

I quite fancy Singapore Chow Mein with Sticky Chilli Chicken for tea today but I really should go lighter, maybe Crispy Chicken with Lemon Sauce and Steamed Rice. Hmmmm. Decisions.

thats being sarcastic at the troll. feeding would be writing half a paragraph decrying your character or calling you names, I don't care that much about it to put the effort in. GIF based mocking is easier. Kids these days eh?

Thankyou for admitting your trolliness though

Nope, I'm not a troll, and you just proved that you don't believe that either.
Thank you for your continued replies, confirming that point

    Nice watches TAGS.
My first decent watch was a Kirium Chronograph.
You do have to laugh at their product placement strategy, but it's no worse than many of the others.
I nearly bought a James Bond commerative Seamaster.

Is it now the fashion to wear your TAG half way down your fist rather than round your wrist…

reminds me of those young chaps who wear their jeans half way down their arse rather than round their waist.

Maybe this is TAG's way of marketing to the youth demographic :-)

Aww, at first glance, I thought that said hairy crack sandwich - which maybe the OP would like more than one of the wrist?

Failed marriage? Erectile dysfunction maybe? Beaten as a child or bullied at school? One can only guess where the spite comes from.

Banned from too many forums perhaps? Im afraid its most likely about to happen again.

Sorry, but your own post was full of spite, as are many others.
Name calling is something I've never done here, but have had others do to me.
And I'm the one being accused of spitefulness.
    Kind of ironic

I actually prefer pictures of watches on wrists as it give perspective which you don't get from arty farty shots.

Nah. Watches don't exist in isolation, sat on a desk. They're worn on the wrist, and it's useful to see into in context.

    So then, to be clear.
In future, when I post on this forum, no one will EVER refer to posts I've made previously.
    Good.
    Glad we cleared that up.

Personally I prefer wrist shots. They give you a better perspective on how the watch looks on the wrist, were it is supposed to end. But I also like pictures with just the watches. You can easily find both types of pictures here.

I too like both wrist and isolation shots. My only bugbear (if it really is one) is to have wrist shots accompanied by the wrist size. This is the only way to see how the watch wears in context.

A watch on a 7.5" wrist looks a lot different from the same one on a 6.5" wrist...it would be nice to know.

There are plenty of watches sans wrists if you do a google image search. A watch forum of members posting their own watches will invariably include the appendage the watch is strapped to. Go google and you will be satisfied I'm sure.

I'm cooking chicken and chorizo risotto tonight. Quite looking forward to the endeavour.
Are you any further forward in deciding which one youre going for gray?

Add mint when you're frying to chorizo, it'll be the best decision you'll ever make!

    Oooh thanks!
Ive got some mint so i'll give it a bash.

  42. #42
not too keen on mint, but some dry sherry in the risotto during cooking would work?
    especially as you have Chorizo.
I'd go with Tarragon in there too...

+1......Please make him disappear. Despite his protestations, he's a troll of the first order. He's clearly getting a kick out of trolling, it's pathetic. His opening gambit about the Speedmaster spoke volumes about him. What sane individual would join a forum and immediately set out to antagonise everyone?

He's trying to take the piss out of this forum IMO.
