Grey watches are available to the UK trade at about £4,000-4,100 and thence offered to the public complete / stickered with 5-year warranty / green tag for about £4,600 at the moment.

Blowers are asking £4,850 for these at the moment. If you want to go grey they are available significantly cheaper at a number of places.

Amsterdam airport if you fancy a flight however you run the risk of not getting one. It's exactly what I'm doing in January and if they have one in stock I'll be looking at £3900 (based on today's exchange rate)

OP Haywood is far too much of a gentleman to point out that his store has an unworn model for £4600 and he is just down the road from you!

Perhaps you could go into an AD, try one on and tell them you want to buy it. Then say you are a cash buyer and negotiate. You never know where it might take you. If you don't ask...........

Was going to say that, essentially - if you travel to the continent or know someone who does then it can be done at around £4k. Or hit Chrono24 and do the same via FedEx.

Many thanks to all that have responded. Interestingly, I found a watch shop in Chester selling a new with tags grey import one from an Italian jewellers for 4600, as it was a shop display watch ( Obviously handled by customers etc), he offered me a cash price of 4500. I have since found a British sourced 114060 from a forum member and I am hopeful we can complete a deal. Even though this watch is second hand I would still prefer to buy off a forum member. Fingers crossed. Kev

Was this the little watchmaker inside the Grosvenor precinct?

I know it wasn't one of mine because you were offered discount :-)

Was looking at this earlier at one of AD and the price is 5,000£ cash with no discount. They can offer a zero interest for 2yrs as well with minimum deposit or even half of it... Very tempted but I know if I keep saving then I can probably save about a 500£ on cash basis...

Hi there. Sorry, I don't know your shop etc. Yes it was the one in the precinct. To be honest I thought the price was reasonable especially due to display soiling, light scratches on the clasp and so on

If it is, he offered me an LVc at a fair price a few weeks back.. I said I'd think about it, which I did.... But decided to get something else in the end...
