    account

Hello, please could an admin delete my account please, and confirm when it is completed? I've not used tz for a long time, and just had notification someone was trying to hack into my account.

Why not just set a really long, random, password and not write it down?

Please don't leave us, I beg you. Just change your password to password2. I always do that when I suspect trouble.

Perhaps a PM (private message) to one of the Site Leaders (whatever they do!?) might facilitate this. Click on Quick Links above; then click on 'View Site Leaders'; then PM one of them.

Old thread, but I too have been looking for a way to delete my account. I haven't decided, but was just checking. Perhaps logging out and never logging in is the best one can do.

Not that I have any great complaints about the forum, but given the changes, it is a natural "stock taking" time.

    Best wishes,
    Bob

Now there's an account called TZ ADMIN you could probably PM them and have your account set to Inactive. Then it can't be logged into, but when you want to return to just email the admin and they revive it.

I knows this because the WUS mods set mine to Inactive against my will ;)

Bob, it would be a real shame to see you leave the forum… I fear we might see a mass exodus of knowledge soon.

    – has anyone else noticed you can't seem to preview a post before submitting it now. it just previews and then blanks the box. Annoying and shows changes might be happening...

I agree, please stay Bob. I for one am still hoping to see more rfrazier dial construction threads and the like.

I'll echo the above, you're one of the members here who makes posts that are worth reading.
