A bit of misunderstanding. This package is from germany: different goods.

PRS-50 should arrive on the 21th. Now I am a happy man.

    Thanks Eddie!

Not to my taste at all, but great to see so many "new watch days" all coming together. There's nothing to beat a new watch day! Enjoy. :)

Well i got mine at approx. 8:30 PM on the 19th. What a pain in the ass this evening was. My Daughters new PC came in today and FedEx tried to deliver it but that was at 11:30. No one was home so he left the door tag. Then UPS tried to deliver the 50 at 1:30 once again no one was home. You would think with all the shipping experience of these two companies they would know a residential address is most likely not going to have someone there before the late afternoon/early evening.
So off to UPS, driver is out till after 8:00 and they want the customs fees on delivery (never happened before) and they do not take cash. So off to home depot to pick up a folding door and lamp for my Daughters new bed room. The FedEx tag that my Daughter had read said the package would be available by 6:00. I arrive at FedEx at 5:30 early but you never know. I give the girl the tracking number and she says the driver will be back at 6:00 could I come back. Now I live about 30 minutes from FedEx, no I can't come back I'll wait. Sitting in the car till 6:00 go inside same girl now it is 6:30. I am not happy. Back to the car, at 6:30 I go in and the driver is back.
He brings my computer out and says I was his last stop today. Last stop? How can that be? Well it seems the lovely little lady working behind the counter called him and asked him to try a redelivery, while I was freezing my butt off in the parking lot. He stopped at my house around 6:00 and my daughter answered but she is 16 and being a minor he wouldn't let her sign for it. I am not happy. So off tio home I go with my door, lamp and new PC Oh Joy.
UPS called and the watch will be available for pick up between 8:00 and 9:00, Happy days, just don't forget the check. My Wife is at a Christmas party and her phone is turned off, I have no clue where she hid the check book as I pay everything electronically now a days. She should be home by 7:30 so all is well, Strat working on my Daughters room, door goes up well and I am starting to get the last of the mess cleaned up when I hear the door open, it is now 8:00. I need a check fast, why to get my watch thats why. How come your phone is off? Race to UPS and the guy scans my package and hands it to me, You need a check right? Nope didn't prompt for payment we will bill you later. @#$%!^&$#@$%%^^$$ all the way home.
Vacuum the room, assemble the bed, Hang a book shelf over the bed, mount the light under the shelf and then make the bed. Finally have time to open the box. Drinking a Bass (had no diner) and I am wearing my new PRS-50 I will try to take some pics this weekend with the stingray but I can already tell you the 50 is a bigger watch much thicker, but then again I am tired, hungry and on my third Bass. Time for bed.

That and the 50. Wearing it now a bit tough to fit under a shirt cuff.

It isn't Christmas yet, but Santa came around!

Inside the plastic bag I received I found a sturdy (and totally covered with tape) box:

Since I do have a knife in the drawer, I managed to open the box....

More packaging! Nice thing, should have bought something like it long time ago!

Vanilla-scented rubber strap on one side. Its freezing, but it made me think of vanilla-icecream...
Some cards as well inside the box.

At the other side I found a nice little Timefactors-cloth. What's under it???

    Paperwork:

That darn camera inside my cellphone :(

great looking watch, should become very collectable IMO. Maybe take up the Dreadnought mantle?

Is the bezel 60 or 120 clicks by the way?

    The bezel is 60 clicks.

I find the bezel somewhat strange, the feel is quite different than that of a SM300/Seiko 6105/6309/SKX or any of my other divers.

It is easy to turn, but yet feels quite loose. It also has a lot of play.
However, it isn't feeling bad, just "different" than I'm used to.

Number 10 arrived in New York yesterday. I think I will wait until Christmas to open it. I feel like a kid again.

    First off, Thanks Eddie!

Number 13 arrived in my office (Dallas, Texas) at about 12:15 CST today. After breaching the security wrap...

Wow, Eddie. This is great. Thank you, for a job well done. Thank you, also, for the quick shipping.

    Merry Christmas to all...

I'm delighted that you like it Michael.

To those who have suffered delays in delivery, I'm a little surprised at how many shipments are reported to have suffered "Airplane delays". These are, after all, UPS aircraft!
