    FWIW I've had two watches with tritium. One, an old one that I didn't expect to work in the dark, and the second, much newer but that was terrible as well. The first has gone a nice cream colour and the second as white as ever so how all these watched ended up going brown I've no idea. Still, the manufacturer intended it to light up in the dark and that's kinda my expectation too...
    ...but what do I know; I don't even like watches!

    Still, the manufacturer intended it to light up in the dark and that's kinda my expectation too...
    Get a new dial or have it re-lumed. It's not rocket science :?

    classic watch enthusiasts.. its radioactive, poisonous, and not as good at being luminous as modern superluminova etc but it ages a pretty colour so we love it !
