    Best Place For Hearing Aids.

    Guys,

    Please recommend the best place for hearing aids (for my friend).

    The NHS. My Dad got some last year. High tech ones not like in the old days and best of all free!

    Depends what you are after. You can't get the receiver in the ear type on the NHS, and they tend to be the small discreet ones.

    It must do then because I wear hearing aids and upon my last visit to the audiologist, I took my own privately bought aid and asked if they do something similar and I was told no they don't do receiver in the ear aids.

    Amplifon, not that I use hearing aids, my friend managers one of their branches.

    Supposed to have a very good name, with branches all over the UK.
