Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
If you like Zombies, i really am hooked on Z NATION. its abit like the walking dead but with more humour and more action. And ofcourse it allows you to imagine what watch you would choose in a zombie apocalypse situation :)
I've just done Spotless on Netflix.
Brilliant. Bring on series 2
Thanks for the recommendation on this one. It's very light and easy to watch after some heavyish stuff we've been watching.
It's been filmed like a daytime soap, clearly low budget (which I love). I think to save on special effects/fake blood they actually shot a few people.
Are there any non American box sets to watch? Only Yank one I am interested in is Ash and the Evil Dead.
If you are into your "Supernatural" stuff ! Afterlife is a brilliant 2 series English Supernatural thriller starring Andrew Lincoln(before Walking Dead) & Lesley Sharp , who plays a medium
really well acted and as it was made in England you can connect better with the characters, some good effects and genuinely creepy moments and edge of seat stuff
well worth a look

Just started watching Ray Donovan and Ballers, so far really enjoyed both.
I've had so many friends tell me how good Line of Duty is that I think I've got to watch it now to see what all the fuss is about. Expectations are high! :-)
The "Crown" starting on Netflix 4th November. Had some good reviews.
Narcos was sublime viewing...hopefully season 3 will carry on the momentum of a great series. Have watched the first two episodes of National Treasure, an interesting take on many sensitive subjects and has a stellar cast. Designated Survivor and The Get Down are our viewing for now.
There was a two-part documentary on BBC2 over the last couple of weeks called Conviction: Murder at the Station - interesting viewing for those that like true crime/alleged injustice programmes.
Season 3 of Narcos will be a hard act to follow without Escobar.(sp)
National Treasure first two episodes were gripping, looking forward to the remaining two episodes.
Watched that two part series, Murder at the station, sure was an interesting take of the conviction, and trying to get it overturned.
Watched the first episode of Making a Murderer on Netflix on the insistence of my daughter - what a tragic story, not to mention injustice!
