There are things that I do not understand: double caseback seals or smaller crowns are acceptable for an homage but a dial with improved readability in the dark is not - even if keeping the geometry of the original.
Why not improve all the small things that do not prevent the adept from enjoying the original design?

The dial and hands are the "face" of the watch, and contribute 80% to a homage IMHO. The caseback seals are invisible, and the crown size would be in the normal variation of replacements. Not to mention that the original design has a beaty of its own that cannot be altered without unbalancing the whole.
